Qué cubre esta licencia Esta licencia cubre el programa Lector Ambiental: su código fuente, su código compilado o minificado, su diseño, sus textos, su catálogo de ambientaciones, sus diccionarios y reglas de análisis, y su documentación (en conjunto, "el Software"). Los programas de computación están protegidos en la Argentina por la Ley 11.723 de Propiedad Intelectual y por los tratados internacionales aplicables. **No cubre los componentes de terceros** (grabaciones de sonido, tipografías y librerías de código abierto), que siguen rigiéndose por sus propias licencias. Ver la sección 5. ### 2. Qué podés hacer Podés **usar** el Software tal como se ofrece en su sitio oficial, de acuerdo con los [Términos de uso](legal.html), para **uso personal**. Uso personal incluye leer por placer, estudiar, enseñar, investigar y leer material de trabajo, en un dispositivo propio o compartido (por ejemplo, el de una biblioteca o una escuela). Al usarlo, tu navegador descarga, guarda en caché y ejecuta los archivos del Software. **Esas copias técnicas y temporales**, necesarias para que funcione, están permitidas. ### 3. Qué no podés hacer sin autorización Sin autorización previa y por escrito del titular, no podés: 1. hacer copias del Software distintas de las copias técnicas de la sección 2 (por ejemplo, guardarlo para alojarlo o usarlo fuera del sitio oficial); 2. modificarlo, traducirlo, adaptarlo o crear obras derivadas de él; 3. distribuirlo, publicarlo, alojarlo, sublicenciarlo, venderlo, alquilarlo o ponerlo a disposición de terceros por cualquier medio, gratis o no; 4. **explotarlo comercialmente**: ofrecerlo, o integrarlo, como parte de un producto o servicio por el que se cobre, o usarlo para prestar a terceros un servicio pago basado en él. Usarlo para tu propio trabajo o estudio no es explotarlo comercialmente; 5. retirar o alterar los avisos de derecho de autor, de marca o de esta licencia. ### 4. Tus derechos legales Nada en esta licencia limita los derechos que la ley te reconoce y que no pueden renunciarse. Esto incluye, en la medida en que correspondan, la copia de salvaguardia que prevé el artículo 9 de la Ley 11.723, las excepciones legales sobre ingeniería inversa y los derechos de la Ley 24.240 de Defensa del Consumidor. ### 5. Componentes de terceros Las grabaciones de sonido, las tipografías y las librerías que usa la app no pertenecen al titular. Cada una conserva su licencia, que se detalla en [AVISOS-TERCEROS.md](AVISOS-TERCEROS.md) y en [sounds/CREDITOS.md](sounds/CREDITOS.md). **Esta licencia no restringe los derechos que esas licencias te dan sobre esos componentes.** Por ejemplo, podés reutilizar una grabación con licencia CC BY-SA en las condiciones de esa licencia, aunque el programa sea propietario. ### 6. Garantía y responsabilidad El Software se ofrece gratis y "tal cual", sin garantías adicionales a las que exija la ley. El titular no responde por daños derivados de su uso, salvo en los casos en que la ley no permita excluir o limitar esa responsabilidad. ### 7. What this license covers This license covers the Lector Ambiental program: its source code, compiled or minified code, design, texts, soundscape catalog, analysis dictionaries and rules, and documentation (together, "the Software"). Computer programs are protected in Argentina by Copyright Law 11.723 and by applicable international treaties. **It does not cover third-party components** (sound recordings, typefaces and open-source libraries), which remain governed by their own licenses. See section 5. ### 2. What you may do You may **use** the Software as offered on its official site, in accordance with the [Terms of Use](legal.html), for **personal use**. Personal use includes reading for pleasure, studying, teaching, research and reading work material, on your own device or a shared one (for example, at a library or a school). When you use it, your browser downloads, caches and runs the Software's files. **Those technical and temporary copies**, which it needs in order to work, are permitted. ### 3. What you may not do without permission Without the owner's prior written permission, you may not: 1. make copies of the Software other than the technical copies in section 2 (for example, saving it to host it or use it outside the official site); 2. modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works of it; 3. distribute, publish, host, sublicense, sell, rent or make it available to third parties by any means, whether free of charge or not; 4. **exploit it commercially**: offer it, or integrate it, as part of a product or service that is charged for, or use it to provide third parties with a paid service based on it. Using it for your own work or study is not commercial exploitation; 5. remove or alter copyright, trademark or license notices. ### 4. Your legal rights Nothing in this license limits the rights that the law grants you and that cannot be waived. This includes, where applicable, the backup copy provided for in article 9 of Argentine Law 11.723, the legal exceptions on reverse engineering, and consumer rights under Argentine Law 24.240. ### 5. Third-party components The sound recordings, typefaces and libraries the app uses do not belong to the owner. Each keeps its own license, listed in [AVISOS-TERCEROS.md](AVISOS-TERCEROS.md) and [sounds/CREDITOS.md](sounds/CREDITOS.md). **This license does not restrict the rights those licenses grant you over those components.** For example, you may reuse a recording licensed under CC BY-SA under that license's terms, even though the program is proprietary. ### 6. Warranty and liability The Software is provided free of charge and "as is", without any warranties beyond those required by law. The owner is not liable for damages arising from its use, except where the law does not allow that liability to be excluded or limited. ### 7.
